Insurance will be billed to you at the cost of $1.25 per $100 of your declared value on your order. Your declared value will also be used for return shipping insurance.

If you would like additional insurance above $100 of declared value for shipping insurance please enter the amount in the box below, and tab over to see charges.

IMPORTANT: if you add additional insurance over the minimum $100.00 value, a delivery signature ($5.25) will be required for a residential delivery. To avoid these costs, ship to a commercial address.
